Our manufacturing and engineering support team is based in Songgang, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China. The team works across creative LED structures, custom fabrication and project delivery.

Approved products follow factory aging and final inspection before shipment, with project records prepared for the agreed scope.
Project delivery support
Production timing, applicable documentation, packing and spare-parts recommendations are coordinated for each destination and installation plan.

2-year project warranty
Manufacturing and hardware defects are covered under the project warranty terms. Spare parts, replacement process and freight responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation and contract.
Production and documentation
Standard configurations typically enter production in 15–30 days. Applicable CE, FCC and RoHS documentation is coordinated by product configuration and destination market.
Worldwide delivery support
Packing, logistics routing and spare-parts recommendations are coordinated around the confirmed project scope and destination.
