2-year standard warranty
Covers manufacturing and hardware defects under the project warranty terms. Spare parts, replacement process and freight responsibility are confirmed in the quotation and contract.
Production and documents
Standard configurations typically enter production in 15–30 days. Custom structures, samples and special finishes are scheduled per project. Applicable CE, FCC and RoHS documents are supplied by configuration and destination market.
Factory testing before shipment
Each approved configuration follows aging and final inspection before shipment. Packing, spare-parts recommendations and the delivery route are confirmed against the project scope.
